Bucher Duro for technology freaks
Perhaps one or the other has meanwhile asked himself what is technically behind or under the Duro. This secret can be revealed immediately. Especially contains information for “Bucher Duro for technology freaks”.
And this is also where the legendary secret of our name Dubu is revealed. Because DuBu stands for Duro Bucher and describes the model – Duro – and the manufacturer – Bucher – of our vehicle. So it’s really saying-wrapped.
Bucher Duro – technical data
Brief description
Two-axle off-road multi-purpose vehicle. The vehicle is powered by a 6-cylinder diesel engine. The permanent four-wheel drive is provided by a 4-speed automatic transmission and a 2-speed transfer case. The transfer case and axles are equipped with self-locking TORSEN differential systems. The chassis consists of a torsionally stiff frame with coil-sprung De Dion axles. The command structure is located on the free upper side of the frame.
